I had searched and searched to find just the right kit When I saw Tulip Time by Ann Cobb, I knew it was the right one to showcase some of my Mom's flowers in her yard. Every Spring she would get her shovel and wheelbarrow and head for the flowers and every Fall, they would be somewhere different...but happier because they flourished.
