This was a photo that was taken sometime after we settled into our new location, Long Island, New York. My dh was working at Brookhaven Lab and we drove all of our possessions across the country. I've never spent much time out of the city before this move and I was a little overwhelmed by the open space, but this reminded me a little of Santa Cruz, so it was a place that made me feel like I was home again.
