Sunday August 30, 2009 is a day that (my church name ) will never forget.

After 2 years of planning, building, and donating
both time and money, the new youth building was
DONE! Not only was it done, but it was
totally and completely paid for!

What an awesome thing for our youth, the future
of our church to have. This is a building that
will house youth groups, special events, praise
band sessions and so much more. But more than
that, it will give the kids a place to be proud of...
a place to invite their friends so they can help them
learn about God, about friendships and about what
it is like to have an awesome church family who
realizes how important teaching our kids is.

I know that the kids who step inside will feel the
love that built it. They will see that there is a
place that they can go to be accepted, to be
understood, and to leave their worries at the
door. Yes, I am certain it will live up to it’s name.

(The Fuel sign was perfect---that is what our high school group is called now that the Garage has opened. )
