Journaling: Looking back at photos of Victor on my desk I am reminded of how much he has grown in a very short period of time. Not only has he changed in size and appearance but some other things have changed over the years. On his very first day of school in PPCD he was so excited to be going that he forgot to put on his shorts. Now that he is in the second grade we have to drag him out of bed and the door to go to school. While he still enjoys school he does not enjoy getting up in the morning unless it is for Saturday morning cartoons. When I would walk him into school at the age of 3 he wouldn’t let me leave until I had kissed him several times. Now I have to beg for a kiss before he gets out of the car in the drop off lane. I can only look forward to the changes that are coming down the road.
