Luau Cake Recipe
A great summery recipe, so easy to make too!
Recipe:
1- 1 lb pound Cake, thawed, cut in 3rds
1- 8 oz Cool Whip
1- 20 oz Crushed Pineapple-Do Not Drain
1- 3 oz box Instant Vanilla Pudding
Mix last 3 ingredients together. Let set 5 minutes. Use as filling between layers and as "frosting"
Variations:
Sprinkle coconut over frosted cake.
Skip the cake!! Slice strawberries
and alternate layers of filling &
strawberries for a parfait.
