Jouranling: October started Victor’s first month serving in the 10:30 service as an acolyte. Children in the 3rd through 6th grade have the opportunity to serve the church in this way. For many it is the first time doing service. Each Sunday during the month he is an acolyte, Victor carries in the light, offers our gifts to God, and carries the light back out at the end of the service. On Communion Sunday he also assists with the serving of communion. It is a joy to see our children learning to serve. October 2010
