Challenge: Rule of Thirds. This year I want to change my eating habits. I started in August and lost some weight (more to go). This has a nice horizontal for the thirds challenge and it's one of the changes I made. I switched to nonfat milk or soymilk to increase my calcium and lower the fat in my diet.
