The photo is of a local flower field. They are used to decorate motorway roundabouts and verges.
I've included a copy of the poem coz its small and I need better glasses and so will you after you squint to read it

Spring has come.
She didn't tell she would come,
But she is here now.
Spring is a beautiful girl.
She shows herself off
In the songs of birds
And on the clothes of trees.
But so coquettish is she,
She comes and suddenly vanishes.

Dear spring,
Beautiful spring,
Stay a bit longer this time -
Please!
