This is my layout for the October Tut Your Horn challenge. This was fun. I didn't really know about the "border" thing with the marquee tool I combined a rectangle and oval to get the mat. Then I enlarged it and did the border using the technique described in this tut. I recolored the picture of my red amaryllis to match the papers.
