Journaling: Truth be told, it was just ice. The kids couldn’t even form it into a ball. But is was beautiful! And it was the only “white” we had all year, so we enjoyed it... until the red noses and cold toes of my little Southerners ran us inside. I got a couple of photos and got a tiny taste of what winter is like for most folks. I prefer shorts all year, but it was a nice two day break. And it was our Snow Day. January 2011.
