Here's my first stab at a triptych...still want to do a person one too.

Journal reads:
Believe it or not, this date is correct. It's January and we are still waiting for our first significant snowfall of the season. For the first time in years we had a green Christmas. Since the temperatures have been so warm, the lake hasn't frozen yet. It will give new meaning to "Lake Effect" once Mother Nature decides to grace us with some white stuff. I managed to snap these photos just before the sun came out and melted everything. Guess I shouldn't complain, but I'm kind of missing winter this year.
