I had a knee joint replacement done on January 9. I am now in the hours of rehab period.
Never again!!!

OUCHIES!! This sounds horrendous but in a few weeks you will forget the pain and you will be running around like a spring chicken. Love all the gory details and the photos. Don't forget we want another layout when your all unswollen and looking great. Hope the pain goes soon and your feeling your old self!

Oh yes, Kathy... by far the first 10 to 14 days are the worst...then once you can really start putting weight on it, and the initial surgery pain decreases...it will all start being so much better. But it will take almost a year, before it truly feels part of you , then you'll be dancing around! Super pics...looks like it is healing very well (I see most of the staples are out already). I love that your puppy is keeping you company so well and that he got into the pics! Super page, with using the tensor bandage behind and the alpha the way you used it! Glad Hilary placed it into GSO today! Good luck on the rest of it. {HUGS!!!}

I love that your "babies" are next to you, giving you comfort. I've even watched surgery being performed on myself, but, knee surgery is the one surgery I don't even like to THINK about! Best wishes for your rapid recovery!

ouch, Kathy! I just saw this LO.. my goodness...that looks so painful!! I do like your LO.. the pictures tell the story and you did a great job journaling. It took me a few looks to see your little furbabies (so cute!). I hope you heal quickly without complications ((HUGS))

omg look at that leg. I know that machine very well had knee surgery because of Arthritis and had to use that machine 24/7 they were afraid my knee would lock up with out it. I do know give it time and you will be greatful you did it.. Super layout...
