When I am "blue" I can always count on certain things to make me feel better.
1. Soothing music 2. A good book 3. Pasta with butter 4. Chocolate 5. Talking with friends 6. A walk in the sunshine 7. Phoning my family 8. A movie with a happy ending 9 Cleaning a messy part of the apartment 10. A hug from my hubby!
