Journaling reads:Even in 1939 they were taking class photos! Daddy is the one, front and center, holding the chalkboard, which says 5th-6th grades. Daddy would have been 10 in 1939, so I’m guessing this would be his 5th grade
photo. He looks so handsome - what a smile! I’ll bet if we were looking at this together, he could tell stories about all the kids in his class, the teacher, the principal, and probably the janitor too!
