My son turned 16 and the only thing he wanted was to get his learner's permit...

Oh congratulations to him! What a big day and obviously it was successful! Here we can get our learners at 14 years, then our beginner drivers at 16 (restrictions exist), then you get your full license at 18 years. Is it the same where you live? I can so remember how excited my boys were too to turn 16, for that very reason! I really like your extra, extra title and how you used the torn/worn paper and attached the tag to it! Looks great!
