Week 5 - I Learned
Journaling: ...“Secrets of a Pastry Chef.” This was a class at “Sur la Table” that my sister, Karon, and I attended. Our team of four, including Bobbie & Tyler, made Bittersweet Chocolate Souffle, with Vanilla Creme Anglaise; Dark Chocolate, Caramel and Hazelnut Tart; Profiteroles with Cocoa Nib Cream; and Lavendar Sugar Palmiers. It was lots of fun and very yummy too!! 1/29 - 2/4/2012
