voluntarily provide through our website or e-mail correspondence. We will

improve our Web site and better meet your needs.

Gotta Pixel is not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third party who receives this information. If any breach of security happens on the Gotta Pixel server, and we feel that customer information was compromised, all of our customers will be contacted, via email, explaining what has happened and what action they should take.
Use of Information
Before we collect any personally identifiable information, we will provide an
explanation for the possible use of your data. The information you supply will
be used by us to fulfill your orders for our products and services, respond to
your inquiries, supply you with requested information the products and services.
We may also use the information to inform you about new features, products or
services if you explicitly instructed us to do so.
When you purchase in the store, an invoice is sent to your email address, and
a copy is also sent to any designer that you directly purchased from. No
other designers in this store is able to obtain or view this information.
Gotta Pixel designers are under contract to not share, sale or rent any
information they receive from this transaction and agree to keep all information
confidential. The information you supply will
be used by the designer only to fulfill your orders for our products and services,
respond to your inquiries, supply you with requested information the products
and services.
We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of
such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law,
regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce
applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations
thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical
issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety
of Gotta Pixel, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Other Important Information
Age - Children Under 13
Users are required by
law to be 13 years or older to use our message board (in turn the
gallery and elements for download). If you enter your birthday
information without the year included - your message board registration
will go unconfirmed until the site
administrator requests verification of your age (ie: year of birth).
The information collected for
verification (ie: year of birth) is not added to your profile and is
kept entirely confidential. The information disclosed to us is merely
checked and deleted from our email. At that time a user is sent their
confirmation.
Gotta Pixel is not responsible for any individual who does not comply
with this term and/or who portrays a person above 13 years of age in
order to access the site.

This web site may contain links to other sites. We do not
endorse or otherwise accept responsibility for the content or privacy policies
of those sites. Additionally, some of our Web pages may contain
"cookies," which are data that may be sent to your Web browser and
stored on your computer. This allows our server to "recognize" you

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Gotta
Pixel reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions,
product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements
and other extenuating circumstances. All sales are within Eastern Standard
Time.
Disputes
Gotta Pixel is not
responsible for any layouts or content uploaded to our gallery. Any
disputes with regards to content in the gallery are to be addressed and
kept between the parties involved via phone, mail, or email.
