Downloading Digital Scrapbooking Products and reactivation of your links

Effective as of August 30, 2009, invoices can only be reset if they are 30 days or newer.

Please download your order soon after purchase. For security reasons, all download links become invalid after 7 days - if your link has become invalid and the order is not older than 30 days, please contact us to reactivate it. Orders that are older than 30 days will not be reactivated.  Please understand that the 30 day cut off point is non-negotiable based on the contracts that we have with our designers.  Thank you.

It is your responsibility to be proactive about properly backing up the files you have downloaded.  We highly suggest burning all products to disc instead of relying on a hard drive, which can easily crash.

Many of the products on this site are over 10MB in size and hence we recommend you use a fast, broadband internet connection to download with.

Sometimes during download, a zip file can become corrupted. There are many reasons for this, the main ones being:

* Interference on your internet connection
* Drop Outs on your internet connection
* Use of Download Acceleration Software such as Gozilla and Download Accelerator. 

If your zip file is corrupted, please try to download it again before contacting us.
