We do not offer cd burning services.
Refund Policy
All
requests for refunds will be forwarded to the respective designer and
will be within their discretion on how to handle the refund.
Although Gotta Pixel will attempt to assist the buyer with any
problems they might have, ultimate responsibility for refunds lies with
the designer involved.
We cannot refund purchases for incompatibility issues.
Designers put in their descriptions what the action/style/template was designed
for. Money will not be refunded do to misunderstandings about software
compatibility.
Workshop Refunds
Refunds will only be given if the instructor is unable to host the workshop.
PayPal Issues
Upon investigation, some issues may be found to be on the side of PayPal. We request that you contact them to further investigate the issue so that it can be resolved.
Mis-priced Items
Despite our best efforts, a small
number of the items in our catalog or newsletter may be mispriced. If an item's correct price
is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, invoice you for the difference or cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation.
