If you are having an issue with a coupon, please first make sure that you are logged in and that you are trying to insert the coupon code into the coupon code box and not the gift certificate box. If you are still having issues, either contact the designer who provided the coupon or contact us via our help desk.
Coupons are valid for future purchases only and can not be applied, refunded or credited to/on past purchases.
