Welcome to the Gotta Pixel Support Center.

Out main goal at Gotta Pixel is to provide you with a digital scrapbooking community that fits your needs. We want to make sure that if you have a question or concern that it's easy for you to ask and you receive an answer in a timely manner. We have created this support system so that we can maintain the most reliable way for you to contact us. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. 

We have put together a FAQ sheet that has many of the most often asked questions. You can take a peek at that FAQ below.


Submit a new support request. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can best assist you. To update a previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right. A valid email address is required.

Please allow 1 business day for a reply. If you are creating a ticket about an issue in the store, please include the Invoice ID/Order #.

Store

I tried to log into the store using the username/password I used for the newsletter/forum, but it is telling me it's invalid. Why?

In order to purchase something in the store, you will need to register again, even if you have registered in the forum or signed up for our newsletter in the past.

What time are sales scheduled on?

Everything at Gotta Pixel is set to Eastern Standard Time. We do display the current date and time at the top of the forum and gallery!

My hard drive crashed, can I have my orders reset?

Yes. Please submit a support ticket with your order numbers. Please note however that we can only reset orders that are 90 days or less. If they are older than 90 days, you will need to contact the individual designers to see if they can forward you the needed files.

A product I purchased is corrupt, won't open, or won't download. What should I do?

Please submit a support ticket with your order number and an explanation of what the issue is.

I accidentally purchased a product twice, what can I do?

You can either submit a support ticket including the order numbers where you purchased it the first time and the duplicate time, or you can contact the designer directly. Issuing a coupon or refund is at the discretion of the designer and because of this, all tickets will be assigned to the designer in question.

I missed a sale, can I still receive the discount?

Gotta Pixel, as a store, can not extend sale discounts. If there were products you had wanted to purchase, please contact the individual designers with our inquiry. Issuing a discount is at the discretion of the designer and they are not required to extend the date of a sale if missed.

I don't have a PayPal account or I don't want to use my account, can I still purchase from your store?

Absolutely! When you check out, pick PayPal and when you reach the PayPal page there will be information about using a credit card for your purchase instead of a PayPal account. You will not be required to create a PayPal account, instead you will enter your credit card information into PayPal's secured site so that it can be processed by them.

When will my Pixel Club subscription expire?

If you go to the forum, download manager or gallery and look at the top of the page there will be a message about your Pixel Club status. If this information does not appear, please submit a support ticket.

When will the Pixel Club subscription that I just purchased be active?

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. However, if you did not include your user name in the comments section, it will take longer to get you set up. If you forgot your user name and would like to let us know what that is now, please submit a support ticket.

Forum/Gallery

In order to access the forum or gallery, you will need to register again, even if you have registered in the forum or signed up for our newsletter in the past.

The gallery is telling me that I have reached my daily quota, what does this mean?

The gallery is set so that you can only upload 6 images during a 24 hour period. This means that if you downloaded 6 layout on Friday, 11:00 PM EST you will not be able to upload again Saturday, 11:00 PM EST.

Joining our Team

I would really love to be a part of the Staff, can I apply?

Absolutely! We are always excited to have members join our Pixel Praiser staff! To apply, send an email to with the title of "Application for Pixel Praiser". Include a general biography about yourself and your experience with digital scrapbooking. Carol will contact you back as soon as possible.

I would really love to be on the site creative team, can I apply?

Absolutely! We are always excited to have members join our creative team! To apply, send an email to with the title of "Application for Creative Team". Include a general biography about yourself, a link to your most complete gallery and your experience with digital scrapbooking. Kim will contact you back as soon as possible.

I would really love to be a designer in the store.

Gotta Pixel no longer has designer calls, instead we prefer to invite designers personally or have designers contact us directly. We don't always have an opening when a designer contacts us, however, we do keep everyone's name on file in case an opening does come up, and we do email asking if the designer is still interested. If you would like to apply, please submit a support ticket and include your name, your blog address, links to any store you are currently selling at and a valid email address.

If you wish to send us an email you can do this by emailing . It's very important to note that many things can happen to emails; they don't get to where they are suppose to go, end up in spam folders or get flagged as spam. Because of this, the support ticket system is the most secure and reliable form of contacting Gotta Pixel.
